Question: Hi I am 22 years old female. My skin is comparatively yellowish now throughout the day. And I feel perfectly normal. And I train one hour a day. Started doing cardio very recently. If it's because of excess sweating what are the precaution to take?

Brief Answer:
Not related to sweating, get TSH & haemoglobin checked

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and it could be due to anemia or thyroid disorder.
It doesn’t seem to be related to sweating.
I would recommend you to get your TSH and haemoglobin done.
Also use a sunscreen lotion on the exposed body parts 2-3 times during the day time.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
