Question: Hi I am 32, 165lbs

Northern california resident

I never snorted meth until 2019 where I was snorting meth for a little under a year in my left nostril until one day I found myself as if my head was going to explode.

It was some weird pop feeling in November or December of 2019

Got a cat scan after my weird explosion incident from snorting meth MOSTLY in my left nostril and very rarely couple times in my right nostril.

I wish I knew about switching nostrils as I was snorting meth

Doctor said I was ok after my cat scan

I thought I'll be okay if I would smoked off and on since doctor's prescribed me some sort of Downer opiate pills

Pardon me for my English or if I'm not saying the correct words of these supplement names

I also believe the doctor  told me to take thiamine, zinc, b complex and some sort of folic acid pills

I ended up stop taking all of them after 4 months from nov/dec 2019..

After Nov/dec 2019 weird horrible pop feeling incident..

I found myself relapsing by smoking meth off and on (from Nov/dec 2019) til March 2020 is where i completely stop smoking anything and stayed sober until Sept 2020

09/20 I decided and thought it would be okay to only smoke erbs/thc were I ended finding myself that I can only take one or two hits of a joint..

(If I were to continue to smoke erbs, I would find myself taking three to four melatonin 10 mg pills) just to try to avoid the weird throbbing sensation feeling we're sometimes I'll say to myself why did I smoke so much erb where I must limited smoking erbs were I know I'm still going through a healing process)

I tried to explain my story all over these methamphetamines Facebook pages..

Where I cannot be the only being on the planet that decided to snort meth in one nostril.

all I see is criticism when I explain my situation on these methamphetamines Facebook pages..

However during my sober timeline of 03/20-09/20? Everytime I turn my head to the left .. (I hear and feel some sort of crackling noise/tic)

If I tilt my head back?

It's like some sort of weird crackling noise were i feel as if something is trying to heal and I'm just constantly hearing this weird crackling healing noise (maybe, idk what could I be hearing even when I'm sober)

Every so often  I cannot eat so fast were I hear and feel some weird crackling on the left side of my brain (off and on) as I eat food.

Off and on I'm always hearing ear drum popping going back and forth

I never had any of these weird symptoms before my head explosion incident as I was only snorting meth in left nostril.

However after the weird explosion pop feeling?

I never snorted anything but ONLY smoke

If I do smoke? I find myself taking 2-3 10mg melatonin or any prescription downer opiate pills (if I can you find some)

I want to go back to the doctors

But this covid situation can be scary

And I would be seeing a new doctor but I am waiting for my health insurance card in the mail

Honestly I feel doctors can't help me out but give me more opiate pills, criticism and say I need mental health attention

Is there anything I could take or suggestions of some sort of pills I could buy?

I don't get weird headaches

The only weird throbbing sensation feelings  I get is when smoke weed (or meth if I decided to) which I don't want to at all but only go back to smoking erbs.

I only want to go back to smoking erbs again and that's no joke

Idk what damage I be could be causing

I honestly do not know what could be happening everytime when I take a chance to smoke anything

What could be healing exactly?

What supplements could I buy?

If you cannot understand my English, I be happy to make a video of myself explaining myself in better detail if anyone requests me to make a video to explain

Thank you
doctor

Brief Answer:
Several points.

Detailed Answer:
First some limitations. Without actually being there to do an examination such a looking into the ear and nose, I can only give general information.
CT of the brain will be likely to show bleeding, stroke, aneurysm, tumor but might not show areas of changes in blood flow that occur with drug use then go away. Ear, sinuses, etc. can have small amounts of fluid that move around and cause subjective sounds but don't really mean anything.
Then the conditions that are most likely to be occurring.
Number one is drug abuse that is progressively getting worse. Fundamentally the thought that a chemical will always be the solution is going to cause problems.
"I only want to go back to smoking erbs again and that's no joke"
" I feel doctors can't help me out but give me more opiate pills,"
"
I found myself relapsing by smoking meth off and on "
Using a drug to solve a problem from antoher drug.

These statements imply using chemicals to solve problems when they are not going to.
These statements and others imply an inability to avoid taking drug while knowing they are gong to cause problems. which would be a reason to see a mental health/addiction professional. Methamphetamine is particularly hazardous and often causes muscle clenching which produces dental problems and muscle clenching of the jaw and muscles around the ears. These often cause poping or grinding sounds.

If you hear something either it is delusional (very doubtful) or it is something that has a connection to the ear. Obviously this would be from the neck up. Perhaps less obviously it cannot be within the brain matter. This leaves the ear canals, sinuses, and actually the jaw since sound is transmitted from the jaw bone to the ear.

That is everything there is there.
That would cover the sounds.
What supplements?. What Pills ? part is a cognitive delusion closely associated with addiction, but also seen in medical professionals who have the delusion that more pills, more tests, and longer answers reinterating the exact same information are 'better'. No. But less drugs of abuse might be a thing to consider when taking them is associated with harm and unpleasantness.
