Question: Hi, I am 32 years old and overall healthy. Its been 2 times (March 3rd and March 29th) in the current month where my Apple Watch registered heart rate over 120 for more than 1 hour while I am sleeping. Should I worry? I am 8 weeks pregnant, can it be related? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Needs Ecg tracings

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I guess you are not overweight or there is no history of OSA or snoring. Do you have anemia? How much is your resting heart rate otherwise? Any thyroid disease or sleeping disorder?
Such things may occur sometimes normally, but we should rule outpossibility of cardiac arrhythmia. So, we should confirm it with Ecg tracings. You should get back with Ecg tracings of tachycardia to determine whether this is normal form of tachycardia (sinus tachycardia), artefacts or any arrhythmia.
If your watch does not provide tracings then you may get holter monitoring done or buy one with Ecg monitor.
So this is probably a benign condition and may not be a worrisome issue but we can't be sure unless and until Ecg tracings are available.
Hope this helps you and get back with some more information.
