Question: Hi I am 34 year old diabetic men i was suffering from kidney stone taking medicine for same i am still having pain in my penis I done masturbation today but no sperms

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted you have been taking medicines for Kidney stone and have noticed that there is ejaculation .

Normally a medicine containing Tomsulosin is prescribed to ease the passage of kidney stone don in to bladder .Tomsulosin belongs to alpha adrenergic blocker which relaxes smooth muscles in ureter ,bladder neck keeping bladder neck This results into passage of semen backwards in to bladder rather than entering forward in to urethra what is called as Retrograde Ejaculation .

Do not worry you will ejaculate normally once you stop taking Tomsulosin .

Hello dr why I still experience pain from penis to testis and to bladder after taking medicine also feels too urinate frequently
