Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for letting us know your health concern.

I have gone through your query and would like to know
1. whether your childbearing is complete
2. whether you are sexually active
3. whether you have any associated symptoms like urinary urgency, incontinence, repeated infections, vaginal infections, menstrual disturbances etc.
4. if this pain is continuous or episodic, and/or associated with exertion or posture or any of the above symptoms.

Based on the requirement and associated symptoms, further management can be planned. Please note that a healthy daily routine and a healthy weight are important to sustain any treatment benefits.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

regards,
Shanti. V.
