Hi, I Am 35 Years Old. I Had Vertigo A

Question: Hi,
I am 35 years old. I had vertigo a year back and then i visited doctor. First everyone thought food poison and given antibiotics. Later with symptoms i went to ENT doctor. They did some physical tests and said positional vertigo as the spinning is worse on my right side and normal on left side if i lie down. they have given vertin tab. After few months it came back and i went to neurologist this time and doctor asked to get CT scan for brain and he said results are normal. Also confirmed that it is positionla vertigo and prescribed Spinfree tab. After few days it gone. At first i also gone for usg scan, creatinine test, Blood sugra test TSH everything was normal.
But vertigo comes once in 4 months or some times once in 2 months also. I am taking spinfree tab and taing low spicy low salt food and it goes in 5 days or a week.
Also one and half year back when i got similar vertigo doctor examined and said BP is high and i have to take telma 20 once daily.
But later when vertigo is there BP was normal so many times.
My doubt is this vertigo is becz of BP? or high sugar? or any problem with kidneys? Even today it is worse if i lie down on my right and somewhat better or nomral on my left side.
Please suggets me what to do. Can i take spinfree? is it safe to take? i am really worried that this is becz of some other serious issue.

Consult a cardiologist to rule out cardiac causes. Do a Electrocochleogram, ENG,Dix hallpike test. If it came out of positional vertigo then do no sleep on the affectex side. Do not make jerky movements of head. Carry out Brandt Daroff exercise at home. You can take Vertin tablet on acute attack. Please review if you have any queries.

Hi Sir,
So cardiac issue may cause vertigo once in 4 months or once in 2 months?
And even if sugar is will it be continously spinning or it can be once in 4 months or 2 months? My sugar levels were 83/110 fasting/post lunch.
Do i need to check it regularly. Also when i had this vertigo at first i have gone for ECG and doctor said it is normal. What else i should do now.
