Brief Answer:
We need oral steroids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the detailed history you have given.
I have gone through the images you have attached. In images, mild redness is there. It is mostly due to coughing.
This is very common to have worsening of asthma after infection.
You had URTI (upper respiratory tract infection) which made your asthma worse.
So in this cases, we should definitely do some reports like CBC, chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
We have to start oral corticosteroid (methylprednisone) along with Allegra M (montelukast and fexofenadine combination), Abflo (acebrophyllin), foracort 200 and duolin 4-5 times a day.
Please let me know if any reports done.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
