Hi, I Am 38 Year Old, With 2.5 Yrs Child.

Question: Hi,
I am 38 year old, with 2.5 yrs child. I have breastfed her for 2 years until this Jan-2020.
I have gained weight of close to 3-4 kgs within a span for approx 6 months. To reduce weight and be fit. I did
workout with tummy trimmer, along with planks and few other exercises. After a short span of, I started getting on my
right arm. Sometimes mild and sometimes little severe. During this phase I felt like even I had pain in my right breast.
I used to press my breast several times and check for hardness/lumps. There was nothing. I consulted a doctor online
because of lockdown and she prescribed Diclofenac tablets for 5 days and assured me that there is nothing to worry.
Since then the pain is quite under control. But still I get the same feeling of breast pain whenever my arm pains.
Unable to take the pressure I personally consulted nearby Gynaec for physical examination of breasts.
She checked and confirmed that both the breasts the soft and nothing to woorry and it could be a muscle tear because of the workout and activities at home
that is bothering and prescribed Tolpa-D.
The pain is quite manageable now. But everynow and then I still get the pain. I would like to the following points to your notice
1. I had conception issues and took lot of medicines close to 3 years and finally conceived naturally and delivered through C-Section at the age of 36
2. There is no history of Cancer in my family.
3. I had undergone basic health checkup in Jan-2020 for employment purpose and reports are normal
4. Since lockdown we are managing all household activities on own , along with managing office work and managing my kid.
Hence there is lot of physical activities around. I dont have proper posture while working on laptop as there is no table and chair arrangement at home.
5. Almost all the activities I carry out with my right hand and at times I lifted my child with one hand (right hand) while climbing down the stairs
6. I always press my breast hard whenever I get doubt to check for any lumps. Will this cause pain and sensitivity in breasts?
7. There is no discharge from nipples on both sides.
8. As of now the pain is mild and occasional and it stays for few mins and then it goes off.
9. Even if it pains it will be on the edge of the breast on the upper and on the side just beside forearm
The thought of Breast Cancer itself is freaking me out and subjecting me to enormouse tension and stress.
Kindly help me to get out of it.
