Hi, I Am 38y Old Uncircumcised Male. From Last 1
Question: Hi, I am 38y old uncircumcised male. From last 1 month or so, my penis foreskin became dry, swollen n having cuts. And I cant retract. The glans is very itchy mainly under the head/ring. I have seen some cloudy thick liquid discharge inside foreskin. I tried applying candida for many days but no results as I was only able to apply above the skin and tip of the head only. I tried vaseline for couple of days. Earlier when I was able to retract the skin once or twice (7days ago) and I cleaned and applied candida cream all over glans. I am not sexually active. But do maturation regularly. At present, the foreskin is not retractable, the foreskin tip is swollen, head is barely visible, the skin is painful to touch(only where the cut is), no pain in urinating. Pls advice. (apology for for not sending a pic without cleaning, to show the regular condition)

Based on the facts that you have posted inability to retract foreskin with itching that you have is due to what is called as Muco Cutaneous Genital Candidiasis .
Get your blood tests for Blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch ( Postprandial) so that you can start appropriate medicines to control your diabetes.
Start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti fungal medication Fluconazole twice daily .Apply topical anti fungal gel Daskyn over glans penis and beneath foreskin thrice daily .
Ensure to clean your genitals with plain warm water thrice daily.Do not use any soap solution .
Consult qualified Diabetologist for managing Diabetes .
This should work for you within a period of two weeks however if problem persists you may need to undergo surgery of Circumcision.
