Hi, I Am 40 Year Old Female, With A 3

I am 40 year old female, with a 3 year 7 month old son. After the delivery of my son which was vacuum assisted and chronic cough, I developed umbilical hernia. The image is attached. Can it be cure without surgery, if yes, How? and if No, then what type of surgery shall I go with and can you suggest a good surgeon for the same in bamgalore as well as XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX What will be approx cost of the surgery?
Secondly, in December 2019, my face skin started peeling especially the chin area, a bit on nose and a small spot on forehead. I am not a person who uses makeup. But I was using cetaphil oil control face wash for past 8 months, followed by pore reducing toner by lakme or rosewater (toner not used regularly) and thereafter followed by Face shop bamboo gel and neutrogen Ultrasheer dry-touch block sunscreen with SPF (50+) (sunscreen also not regularly). The image is attached. I don't peel the skin intentionally, have been drinking water to keep it hydrated, not covering the dark spots with foundation or powder but still the condition has not improved. I thought it was due to winters but currently the temperature at my place is 30+. Have not consulted any doctor, have been applying Vitamin E mixed with aloevera gel after washing my face with lotus neem face wash for sensitive skin, and as I am writing to you, I have applied Derma-RX+ cream for the first time as suggested by a friend of mine who was facing the same issue. Please let me know, how to resolve this as in a week's time, I have a marriage to attend.
Thanks and regards,

Hernia needs surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your queries.
Noted the history well, seen the photos and understood the concerns.
Umbilical hernia can not be cured by anything else other than surgery.
Surgery is a must.
There are two types/methods of surgery.
Open surgery with repair of the defect and supporting with a prolene mesh.
Another is laparoscopic in which with keyholes (small incisions) a special mesh is attached from within.
The cost of surgery will depend upon many factors like the method you want/your Surgeon advises on clinical evaluation, ultrasonography report of the defect, any medical problems, The seniority/experience of Surgeon and the Hospital set up you choose.
As for the photos and the description you have posted the skin lesions looks to be due to the following reasons:
Loss of integrity of the skin which may be due to deficiency of Vitamin D and A, other vitamins, mineral and trace element.
Hormonal changes as the lesions are equally distributed on both side.
I would advise you the following:
Get the blood levels of Vitamin A, D and other Vitamins as the lab would have the facility. Whichever is deficient needs to be corrected under the guidance of your Doctor. Once the blood is withdrawn for test then get started with a combination of multivitamins, mineral, trace elements with Lycopene. Your Pharmacy or Doctor will help to get your the brands available in your vicinity.
Stop applying anything locally at the moment.
Obviously consulting a Dermatologist may help you further.
I hope this answers both your queries.
Please get the things advised asap.
Give feedback.
Ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is gap of communication.
Best wishes and regards.
