Brief Answer:
It seems another cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your thyroid profile is almost normal. T3 and T4 levels are normal only TSH is somewhat higher than normal range. It maybe responsible for your symptoms only partially and you can try thyronorm for sometime. Thyronorm is meant to supplement deficiency of T3 and/or T4.
You can take Tab Thyronorm 25 mcg in morning at same time every day for 3 weeks. Recheck your thyroid profile after 3 weeks.

In your case of subclinical hypothyroidism, you can withdraw Thyronorm supplement at any time.

Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks doctor, I had general information that if I start thyronorm I need to take it life long. I try it daily morning for 3 weeks, if my tsh is become normal I stop taking thyronorm.

Brief Answer:
It depends on cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Lifelong thyronorm is needed when t3 and t4 are deranged. In your case, these are in normal range. Only TSH is deranged. Basically we need to find the cause of deranged TSH. If we are able to correct the cause, TSH will also normalize. If the cause is not treatable then also lifelong thyronorm is needed for example in case of antibodies against thyroid gland. We can check for anti-TPO antibodies to see if any antibodies are involved.
As precaution avoid viral infections and drink cleaner to ensure lesser infections that can derange thyroid further. Consume iodinated salt.
TSH will anyways normalise with 3 weeks of thyronorm but may get deranged again afterwards. We can check thyroid profile every month.
