Hi, I Am 47 Year Old Healthy Male. I Do

Question: Hi,
I am 47 year old healthy male. I do not take any medication at all.
For the last few years, I have terrible calf pain constantly (sometimes of the day being really bad). I did get this checked with GP and Vascular Doctors. Got some scans done. All were found OK.
For the last 3 months, both my feet too have severe pain.
I am physically very active and my exercise routing includes a 5Kms walk at a speed of around 7.5kms per hour.
Which department or doctor should I consult.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Physician should be able to evaluate for this condition...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Sometimes random calf pain/cramps occur due to metabolic disturbance, nutrient deficiency, and thyroid disturbance. You mentioned you have already consulted a physician. Have you undergone tests to exclude these possibilities? If not, you will need to run a few tests - complete blood count, serum calcium, magnesium, thyroid function, blood sugar, creatinine, vitamin D, and so on.
A physician is qualified to evaluate for these conditions. You may consult one. But if you are not satisfied with the earlier physician, you can consult orthopedician / neurologist.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarification.
Regards

Thank you.
I had done these tests a few years back and as mentioned Cholesterol was borderline. Rest all were good.
I will meet with a physician and get these tests done.
