Question: Hi.
I am 62 years old. Male. Diabetic patient. No other health condition. I take two medicines in a day for sugar - 1) glimi save M1850 and 2) glycomet 500 SR. Can you suggest which multivitamin can I take? I don't take any as of now.

Brief Answer:
Supradyne is a good choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Multivitamins are not required unless you have a specific deficiency of vitamins or minerals.

You can simply include more fruits and vegetables to your diet which are rich sources of vitamins and antioxidants.
You can try over the counter available multivitamins like supradyne if required.

Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
