Brief Answer:
normal blood tests and change a diet- not likely a concern

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

With a history of good blood work and a change in diet, the loss of weight is not likely a concern.

In some persons, weight loss may be linked to serious conditions, one of the most serious of these is cancer but in cancer, there are usually changes on blood tests and yours were normal.

In addition, one of the first questions that are usually asked to any one losing weight is- has there been any change in diet?
To which the answer is yes in this case.

The combination of good test results and a change in diet mean that the weight loss is not likely a problem.
If you remain unsure however, you should see your doctor for an assessment.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
