Question: Hi, I am a 18 years old girl and I woke up with tightness on my left chest. I also woke up with shoulder pain and discomfort on the left side. I’m nervous that I may potentially have a heart attack. I woke up at 7:30 and still have chest pain till now 2:44.

So I did get my ECG done and they stated that I have borderline ECG and I’ve had chest pains for a couple months now, usually sharp pains but today it was more pressure-like.
