Have never had something similar.. it is done what itchy and uncomfortable and it's only one but made my vag lip a lil red and swollen..please help me..can my partner be cheating and have gave me a std?
Brief Answer:
Not necessarily
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This doesn't sound like std. Std would manifest with vaginal discharge and burning pain deep in pelvis. However, it can't be excluded with certainty since some infections such as herpes may manifest on this was. It may be more probable bartholini cyst, foliculitis or cellulitis. It may need antibiotic therapy in this case. I suggest to avoid intercourse till symptoms persist and see if this will improve. If not, std tests should be done. Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
syphilis is a rarity in modern worlds
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Syphilis is the last thing to think of. this is a rarity today. It would have other symptoms so don't worry about this.
If this is STD then this is more likely to be herpes.
But sore may be noninfectious as I mentioned.
I suggest to apply Terassil or similar ointment and see if it will improve.
If you have doubts, you can do STD tests, especially if vaginal discharge or fever occurs.
Wish you good health.
