Question: Hi I am a 46 yr old women just wondering I have woken up with linnet legt doraem pain that comes and goes does not travel no shortness of breath I am currently having anxiety I have recently had a cardiac work up done in oct which came ba K normal any suggestions

Hi it is above the wrist inner arm located only in that spot it comes and goes I have recently had a full cardiac done and all was normal

pain above the wrist on the inner aspect of your arm is most probably due to neuritis which is mostly caused by vitamin b12 difficiency. I would recommend that you get a blood test for vitamin b12 levels and if confirmed to be low , you should take vitamin b12 supplements.
