Question: Hi I am a 47 year old women I have been having hot flashes on and off last week I did get my hormones tested my go said they were ok ... I was also on my period last week and I find I am more irritable now could my period this month was different not heavy and only when I wiped ... could this be the beginning of menopose

6) make sleep a priority and sleep for a minimum of 8 hours daily
7) Dress in layers and avoid hot beverages warm rooms, caffeine, Spicy foods, to avoid hot flashes
8) Join a support group if you have any in your locality, and share your Experiences with other women who experience similar symptoms as you, this will help you ease your burden and will help you understand your condition better
9) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up

Hi thank you so you think this can premenopausal even though my hormones can back normal ? I am now finishing my period and it wa snot normal it was lighter but not much blood mostly when I wiped
I am finding I am more anxious now
