Question: Hi,

I am a 57 year old female. I am taking Symbicort once a day for chronic bronchitis which is under control. No flares.
Suffering from chronic post nasal drip due to allreagy.
For the past two weeks I have had an increased post nasal drip, clear mucus, sometimes sticky but always clear.
Tried Nasal cortizon spray and Antihistamins to no avail.
I feel like I can't get enough air in even though my Oximeter shows very good oxygen levels.
When I take a deep breath, I get pain in my throat or sometimes even lower than the throat.
Deep breathing causes me to (dry) cough but nothing comes out. I can not even take my Simbycort inhaler properly because i start caoughing and can't keep it in.
Worsen with activity, a little better when lying down.
Most of the time I pressure in my left maxillary sinus and my left nostril is blocked intermittently. I feel like I have phlegm to caough out but hardly anything comes out.
For the past two days I have been doing nasal wash with salt. There is some improvement on the right side. The left side opened up for a few hours yesterday but today its again, clogged.

In addition I had a low fever (around 37-37.4 Celsius. I never get a fever, not even with a cold. I am always around 36) I took paracetamol for 3 days and temprature is back to normal.
Muscle aches in my thighs and arms.

No wheezing, No Covid-19, Chest X-ray came back OK - here is a link to Dropbox for you to view it.

(I would like to mention that this time last year, I had fluid in my ears and a stuffy nostril to the point of Vertigo. Treatment with nasal cortisone spray and antihistamines helped. Now it didn't help)

Will appreciate your insight.
Thank you
