Question: Hi, I am a relatively healthy 67 year old who has recently started to experience what I think is "Retrograde Ejaculation". Up until just the recent past this had not been a problem. Around October of last year I started a couple inhalers for mucus congestion. I also have a moderately enlarge prostate. I have been taking Cialis daily (5mg) almost a year to help with my urinary flow and it seemed to work for me. I also was prescribed Cipro for a short time because of occasional difficulty urination and the duration that it took me to completely void my bladder.

I take supplements such as potassium, flak seed oil, magnesium, fish oil, nitric oxide, and turmeric.
I have prescriptions for amlodipine 5mg in the morning and it seems to control my hypertension pretty well. I take Uloric for gout that I developed in years ago in an index finger, and B12.

I have none of the things that are generally listed as potential causes for the Retro Ejac. No diabetes, major surgery to the prostate, (although I did have Brachytherapy at the age of 53 with no complications. I have no nerve damage that I am aware of, and nothing done to my bladder. I have read all of the information suggesting if you stop taking a potential medication that may be causing the issue. I went to my Urologist already knowing that Sudafed in low dosage may help if taken 1 to 2 hours in advance of sexual activity. Of course he suggested that we could confirm what I think by doing a urine test after sexual activity to see if semen was present in urine offering a confirmation of the suspected. Will Kegel exercises help with this situation. I simply looking for options.
