Question: Hi, I am asking this for my brother who just called me. He lives alone and just had an incident which caused him to fall from weakness and was unable to get up. It started with nausea and tingling/coldness on the left side of his face then he became very jittery and sweaty and when he tried to get up he fell. He’s very nauseated. He has problems with his blood sugar and other medical problems to include cirrhosis of the liver back problems, And high blood pressure. He has been hypoglycemic for years but now has high blood sugar

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani.
There are chances he has developed hypoglycemia again.
And may be probable electrolyte imbalance which is causing weakness.
