Question: Hi, I am asking this question in regards to my wife. We are both 66 and scheduled for colonoscopies within a month. It has been 5 1/2 years. Can you please look at her report from 2015 and tell me if there is anything concerning? We waited longer than normal for our colonoscopies because of the coronavirus, so I am just concerned about what could have developed since the last one. Thank you in advance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,'
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
She had polyps which were removed.
The biopsy report showed the polyp in rectum to be tubular adenoma.
So during this repeat colonoscopy, you have to look for presence of new polyps.
