Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
It seems like a fungal infection.
You need to take a course of oral and topical antifungal and antihistaminic.
I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily, tablet fexofenadine 180 mg twice daily and apply luliconazole cream on the affected areas once daily at night.
Continue for 3 weeks and revert.

Fungal infection could be due to hot and humid weather.
Stay in cool airy environment, wear loose cotton clothes, iron your clothes daily including the underwear daily.
