1 avoid eating too much at a time

5 avoid retching / straining after eating
6 eat what to like but obviously avoid junk food.

Right now due to covid circumstances I am avoiding to go to the hospital. Also I forgot to mention before the vomiting sensation I was facing acid reflux but I took some anta acids and home remedies. I have been working at home for almost 12 hrs 6 days a week, can this be due to work stress? I had never faced this problem before except while travelling. While travelling I barely can eat but other than that I have good metabolism and stayed healthy.

can try pantocid L 40 mg once a day for 15 days before breakfast and see how you feel. (AVOID IF PLANNING PREGNANCY OR AGE MORE THAN 50 YRS OR YOU DRIVE FOR LONG DISTANCES).
Avoid stress, sleep adequately, try some sport (badminton etc daily).
