Brief Answer:
Vitamin D deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
You could be suffering from Vitamin D deficiency, and possible knee arthritis and plantar fasciitis.
Get your Vitamin D level checked and take 500IU of Vitamin D everyday for 1 month and get the level rechecked again. Eat a diet rich in nuts, oils, eggs.
Get an xray of the knee for my reference if possible. Avoid running, jogging and squats.
Perform plantar fascia and calf make stretches which are available online and YouTube. Wear silicone heel pads and sports shoes.
I hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Thanks and regards.
