Hi, I Am Facing Some Skin Issues In My Penis.
Question: Hi, I am facing some skin issues in my penis. Forskin is tightened and after the ercayion I can feel small cracks in the skin. Also in the glans of the penis I can somethings like precipitation when we pull the foreskin. And in the frenulum, a small tear appear.

You seem to have a candida infection of the foreskin and glans - candidal balanoposthitis. In addition I suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% and beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% cream (Clotrin B cream or Candid B cream), twice daily for a week. If its not effective, then oral antifungal e.g tab. Fluconazole 150mg (Tab. Zocon) once a day for 3 days.

As mentioned earlier I am having a tear in the frenulum too. Kindly advise in this regards also.
