However, as per query, the symptoms seem to be quite severe, so I'd recommend you not to delay any further and inform your treating Neurosurgeon or refer to the nearest ER, make sure someone accompanies you as well (emergency room) for a prompt check-up first...CT-scan of the cervical spine may also be needed for the further assessment...
