Question: Hi I am in intense pain. constipated all week can only pee with great difficulty. last night pain has shifted to left kidney. Throwing up now as well. took three pills yesterday- a laxative- Renew Life.
feel i should go to emergency. Kidney main pain now and very intense

Thanks for the query.
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have acute UTI secondary to Enlarged Prostate.

You need to visit ER at earliest for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.
