Question: Hi, I am looking for a urologist and internist to examine the attached results and let me know how I should proceed. Read the results carefully and some items are high, including protein and glucose in blood work and urine as well.

I attached a new report called urineculture, please review that too. A doctor was helping me with this but seems like that question got closed.

Thanks for query .

I have gone through our previous discussion on your problem .Your urine culture has revealed E-Coli infection and as per sensitivity pattern I would suggest you to start Cephalexin and Nitrofurantoin twice daily .Both these drugs can be taken orally.

Please remember to consult qualified Diabetologist for proper management of Diabetes as it is vital important to resolve this problem of penile infection .

Continue drugs which I have suggested earlier for genital fungal infection .

How serious is the infection? How bad are the levels? Should I get retested? what is the outcome for future child and sexual activity?

It is common to get infection especially in a individual with uncontrolled Diabetes.

it will not any negative effects on baby .However uncontrolled Diabetes May lead to infertility and erectile dysfunction.
