Acne and it’s management
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems like acne vulgaris.
I would recommend you to apply salicylic acid 1 percent facewash twice daily, gel containing adapelene and benzoyl peroxide combination on pimples at night for 1 hour and wash off your face after 1 hour.
Also take capsule isotretinoin 10 mg once daily at night.
Continue for 3 weeks and revert.
Avoid Sugars and dairy products, Avoid oiling of scalp, Avoid scrubbing, Avoid picking of pimples, stay in cool environment .
