Question: Hi, I am on Regestrone 10mg for abnormal bleeding and hormonal imbalance. It has been three months since i started. I had unprotected sex last night. He didn’t ejaculate inside me, but to be on the safe side, should i take the i pill? Is it safe to take it with regestrone?

Are you taking regestrone continuosly from day 2 of periods for 21 days / taking continuosly without any break from last 3 months /or taking from 15th day of your periods for next days ?
Many ways this medicine is taken for hormonal issues.
If it is taken after 15th day for 10 days and the sex was on 14th or 15th day chances of pregnancy is there if he has ejaculated.
In other 2 ways the chances are very less.
IPill is a very high dose of progesterone hormone almost same type as regestrone.
It is very difficult to recommend IPill as he has not ejaculated.

The regestrone cycle gets completed today. I have not been asked to take it next month onwards. I got my last period on 27th January, four days after stopping regestrone.
