Brief Answer:
Keep isolated; maintain hygiene...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

COVID-19 is just like any common flu. So the symptoms of COVID is similar to common flu. So don't be overly worried. But it is recommended you keep isolated - atleast a meter distance from your family and close contacts. Cover your mouth and nose while coughing and sneezing. Wash you hands with soap and water or use a sanitizer to clean hands after every contact with mouth and nose.

Unless you have travelled abroad or strongly suspect to have been in close contact with anyone sick with fever, cough and cold or had close contact with someone travelled abroad it may not be COVID infection. Drink plenty of water and if you have fever, use paracetamol tablets three times a day.

Until you are able to contact a doctor for physical examination, keeping isolated and maintaining personal hygiene is recommended.
