Question: Hi

I am suffering from chronic chest pain, swelling on left side of neck & chronic breathing problem. Please suggest me to do report . I am unable to do personal visit to doctor due to my ofc tight schedule. One of the dr has suggested the below reports but i lost that prescription & i am unable to visit that dr again due to my tight schedule & also hospital is very far from me.

Please suggest me to do the below reports as diagnostic centew needs prescription of doctor.

HRCT chest.
MRI neck
CT PNS

First get done chest x ray, PFT and ultrasound neck.

By your history and description, we should definitely rule out lung pathology first.
So get done
1. Chest x ray.
2. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
3. Ultrasound neck.
Chest x ray and PFT are needed to rule out lung pathology like infection, effusion and bronchitis.
Ultrasound neck is needed for swelling in neck.
