Hi, I Am Suffering With Severe Stress ( Anxiety ),

Question: Hi, I am suffering with severe stress (anxiety), my age 43 years, I have suffered the same when i was in 35 years of age, i taken allopathic prescription that time for about 8 months, it relapsed again last year. i started on medication. just one moth back, i have diagnose diabetic type1, then i started tampering medicins, sudenly due to bad incident it came back today again i went to doctor for consultation he prescribed Peroxitin 25mg + Clonazepam 0.5 mg, he is suggesting take this medicin as long as possible like BP and Sugar medicins, he also told me ayurvedic / herbal medicins for only general stress not for severe stress. my main question is i want to completely get rid of this severe stress (anxiety), can i take manasamitra vatakam along with these medicins? can you suggest me any supportive medicins to completely overcome? any possibility to avoid relapse even any challenging situations in life? i want glimse on ayurvedic point of view plzz. I am attaching today's consultation. when i get severe stress i feel like severe acidity problem. and no sleep at night.

in Ayurveda increased pitta with associated vatha will leads to prolonged anxiety and stress condition.

proper lifestyle,food and practicing meditation along with yoga will help you to get rid of this severe stress issues.
internal medication
1.manasamitra XXXXXXX it is a good choice for stress.
2.Aswagandha plain powder- 3grams at night with milk will be good along with the above medicine.

Lifestyle:
To keep the vatha and pitta intact ,you need to take regular abhyangam that is oil bath with sesame oil every week.
so it will not increase the stress level and it also helpful for your diabetes and hypertension.

Diet:
food which is so dried, fermented and excess Chilli product should be reduced or avoided.
prefer steamed cereals along with green vegetables is highly recommended.
Late night food and heavy oily food at night should be totally avoided.
junk food should be reduced as much as possible.
fruits can be taken in the evening time not mixing with any other food substances.
rich fibre containing foods is highly recommended.

meditation and yoga will keep you away from stress and anxiety in your daily routine so kindly practice meditation and yoga with proper master. meditation will increase your brain hormones which facilitate to keep you away from stress and anxiety.

Thank you for valuable information. my question is
is it safe to take manasamitra XXXXXXX Aswagandha plain powder while I am taking Paroxetin 25mg + Clonazepam 0.5mg? if it is Yes so what is the dosage? what is the time interval, is it having any intervention with allopathy drugs? Thank you reply on diet, usually i will do deep breathing ramdev pranayama. but i need to do yoga and some other things that you requested,

Hi,

Take one manasamitra XXXXXXX and plain ashwagandha powder 3g with 20 ml of milk together.one hour after food at night.

for the safety concerns kindly maintain one hour gap between allopathic and Ayurvedic medicine while taking internal.

there is no study have proven adverse effects for the above drugs and their interaction with modern drugs.
