Question: Hi I am taking several supplements For Dibo/leaky gut and have found very little information on what to take when, what I can take together, and which ones need to be taken separately.
Berberine one 3x day, Curcumin/Fish oil combo one pill 3x day, K-force- K2/Vit D combo one pill 1x day, magnesium one pill 3x day, Oil of orégano one pill 1x day, and Sporebiotic 2 pills 1x day. Thank you for any information.

Hello and Welcome to Ask a Doctor

Detailed Answer:
I don't see any interactions in the pills you have listed. The current databases are based on drug-nutrient interactions or drug-herb interactions so I could not run these supplements through an interaction checker.

With your vitamin D supplement, you would want to avoid calcium supplementation as this would potentially interact but you aren't on calcium supplementation.

I would take your supplements with meals as much as possible. The berberine should be spread out through the day not all at once. Take your vitamin D/K in the am with breakfast along with your oil of oregano. With your Sporebiotic start with one pill with food and check tolerance. Increase to two as tolerated.

Take your magnesium on an empty stomach between meals.

Make sure to drink 8-10 cups of water per day to help dissolve and distribute your supplements throughout your body.

Write back if you are on medications and I can run your supplements through a drug-nutrient interaction checker.

I hope this helps clarify your supplement routine.
