Hi, I Am Trying For Conception From Past 8 Months.

there are treatments available that would help
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
It is understandable to be concerned.
A cyst is a sac which may be filled with fluid.
The ultrasound report mainly notes the presence of mild bilateral polycystic disease. This means that both ovaries have multiple/more than one cyst present in both ovaries.
It also notes a paraovarian cyst on the left which is a cyst on the outside of the ovaries or tube.
The last aspect of the ultrasound talks about a septate uterus which means that there is a division in the uterus.
The presence of the septate uterus (the division)- would not affect your ability to conceive but unfortunately it can sometimes cause problems in pregnancy though this may not happen to you.
The polycystic ovaries can affect conception however. You doctor may want to do blood tests to see if there are any changes in hormone levels as well.
If there are changes, you may have polycystic ovarian syndrome. It can make it difficult but definitely not impossible to conceive.
Treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome involves: (1) weight loss of any excess weight if present. Increased weight contributes to polycystic ovarian syndrome and weight loss can help a woman to conceive
(2)there are also meds to help with ovulation (release of the egg from the ovaries) eg clomiphene
This is one of the first line meds to help with conception but if it is not effective, there are other options.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
