Hi khoslashaguffa,
Thank you for the query.
To treat the basic cause gives a permanent relief.
When I feel of cause for your problem..many queries come to my mind. Please give more details about the circumstances.
Possibly it could be one of the following..or something else. Knowing the cause I can suggest some way out.
-Do you feel very lonely/are you scared of something?/do you leave baby/some sick elderly loved one at home?
-Are you very sleepy?
-Are you under some pressure?
-Do you have any other health problem?
Please be XXXXXXX and fearless to admit the fact.
I would be waiting for more information.
Thanks

I feel very sleepy.. it's like I find it very difficult wake up at night and then sleep in the day time.. in both the situation I have to force myself.. in night I force myself to stay awake and in day time I force myself to fall asleep.. I don't like forcing things on me.. and yes I guess I have a pressure of doing this job for financial needs obviously as well as I can't be free for more time as it makes me feel the same.. low, sad, crying.. I don't have more friends or I don't have people to whom I can consider friends.. I just simply know alot of people.. but the fun part of friends is Missing.. and that is too because of me I guess.. I can't devote much in anyone now I am just kind of selfish but on the same time I am not.. I don't know I am just all messed up.

Hi Khosla shaguffa,
Thanks for the information given.
Let me make you aware...that every body works only for financial gains...&so you are..but
If you start taking interest in work done, try to get adjusted with the shift schedule..at the same time start having a modified schedule of your personal routine,.I feel your problem would be over.
-Start being more social, Try to give quality time to your near &dear family.Form a circle of neighbours to start ...may be starting a kiti group. Arrange a small party yourself&request others to follow periodically....depending on every bodies convenience including yourself.
- Setting sleeping schedule for you according to duty hours...for this I would suggest-
-Try to complete your sleep quota in afternoons before leaving for night shift/Start taking morning sleep after.comming back from night duty.
For day duty have a full 6 hours sound sleep in night.
*To have a sound sleep..have a warm water bath /eat light snak or a cup of warm water/ keep bed room warm &cosy with dark curtains on/try to read a book .
**A Yoganidra audio cassette would help a quality sleep..when you are really sleepy.
***I don't like idea of taking a sleeping pill regularly.
( it is mostly followed by a lingering sleepy feel the next daythe effect fades away on prolonged use) You can use it occasionally on an off duty day.
Change in life style& positive thoughts would definately help you out.
I hope you got the point...&it helps you.
Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
