Hi, I Currently Have Been Diagnosed With Anxiety And ADHD,

Question: Hi,
I currently have been diagnosed with Anxiety and ADHD, after reading hormones can influence these issues I took a blood test out of interest.
Results -
Testosterone - 15.4 nmol/L
Free Test 359 pmol/L
Sensitive Oestradiol - 60 pmol/L
follicle stimulating hormone - 2 IU/L
Luteinising hormone - 2 IU/L
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 26 nmol/L
These are all at the lower end of the acceptable range, is it likely these are an underlying cause of mental health diseases, if so, what would be a potential treatment to seek?

Brief Answer:
Check Thyroid function test as well
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question
The current test results are within normal range and is no cause for concern. However, anxiety and ADHD can be associated with underlying thyroid issues, specifically hyperthyroidism which is an increase in thyroid hormone levels.
So I would recommend getting a thyroid function test done as well. Meanwhile, continue the prescribed treatment.
Hope this answers your question

Thank you,
Thyroid function is result is - TSH 3.01 mIU/L
Which is also in the acceptable range. My concern is the ranges are very broad, and as a young male i would expect Hormone levels would be at the higher end. Is there a way to increase these? (not necessarily through hormone replacement) Vitamins, medicine, lifestyle factors etc. Or are the levels normal?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
The ranges for hormone are levels are wide and are expected to be anywhere within the range physiologically. You do not need to worry. The levels can vary depending on several factors like your stress level, time of the day at which testing was done, activity level, etc. And there is no need for concern as long as it is within normal limits.
At this point, there is no need for any additional intervention as far as your hormones are concerned. Please be advised to follow a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly as it is important to maintain physical and emotional health.
You can also consider the need for Vitamin D supplementation after checking for Vitamin D levels. If Vitamin D levels are low, then supplementation can help in cognitive improvement in people with ADHD.
