Brief Answer:
Its a normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi again and thanks for reverting with reports.

I have seen the report. Mostly its a normal report with some parameters out of range.

Eosinophils are raised and signify parasitic infection, fungal infection or allergies. You can drink cleaner water to avoid such problems, Tab albendazole 400 mg single dose. Do you have any symptoms or rash?
ESR is raised and suggests some inflammation somewhere in body. Do you have any symptoms?
Kidney function is normal
No diabetes or iron deficiency
Lipid profile normal
Liver function is normal
Electrolytes are normal. Chloride is raised and could suggest some dehydration.
Thyroid normal
Vitamin D is low. You can take Vitamin D3 supplement in the dose of 1000 IU daily for 3 months (e.g nature bounty supplements) and recheck the levels. It can accumulate in body so its excess or prolonged use is avoided. It should be taken only if deficiency is there.
Vitamin B12 is low and you can take B12 supplement (e.g Nature bounty) in the dose of 1000mcg per day for atleast 3months. It doesnot accumulate in body so it can be taken as long as needed. In case of vegetarian diet, it can be taken lifelong.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Currently no further tests required

Detailed Answer:
Hi

If you donot have any allergies, rash or symptoms then you ignore high eosinophil and ESR. You can take albendazole alone for now.

Strength of methylcobalamine (B12) in autrin is very low. You will need higher doses (>500mcg per day) to overcome deficiency.
Cholecalciferol 60000IU is high dose. If you have some of it, then take it every two weeks. I would rather suggest smaller doses more frequently as it can accumulate in body.

Hope this clears your doubt.

Brief Answer:
Swollen gums could be due to plaque in teeth

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Most common cause of swollen gums is plaque in teeth that requires cleaning by dentist and regular brushing.
Among deficiencies, vitamin K deficiency (due to antibiotic use) and vitamin C deficiency can cause gum disease.
Taking their supplement can resolve the problem.
