Brief Answer:
Get self isolated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice
I think you should get self quarantine in a room in your home isolated also from family.
Having a colleague tested positive and having had a cough and fever are enough reasons to get self isolated for at least 14 days.
Take acetaminophen for fever .
Ask for a test via the emergency number.

Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.
