Question: Hi I got bit by some type of creature and I’m not sure what to do . I got bit Monday and it’s gotten very inflamed since then the skin around the bite is very hard and tense and has spread through my arm. Just red and inflamed but skin around it is hard and sensitive to the touch

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service . I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached the bite side seems really inflamed.
You may need to use ice compresses on it to reduce inflammation, use hydrocortisone cream over it .
There are also two - three white dots on it which means it may have been infected. You may need to use even an antibiotic cream.
Use ibuprofen for pain and to reduce inflammation also.
