Brief Answer:
Topical antiseptic creams will help
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your attached query in detail
As per your description the possibility of localised pus formation is existing.
This can be well treated with the help of topical antiseptic creams like Cetrimide and Wound wash with either povidone iodine or hydrogen peroxide for a period of 3 to 5 days. Topical formulations are quite safe in breastfeeding women.
Please check with your physician if he/she share my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Further manipulation of the affected area should be discouraged.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
