Hi, I Had A Breast MRI For High Risk Screening

Question: Hi, I had a breast MRI for high risk screening in July and they found many fibroadenomas. None of them was biopsied and all said to be benign. I went for an ultrasound scan in September because I wanted to have more clarity and found the same result: many fibroadenomas. I went for one more ultrasound the next month because of a new palpable lump and that turned out to be completely fine but one of the fibroadenomas that was 4mm was now 6mm. The radiologist wasn't sure if it was in fact the same nodule and said to check again in a few months. I am not sure but I'm worried it might be bad and wanted to check again. I was on day 21st of my period and wonder if that can affect a change in size? Should I get it checked again? Is a change from 4 to 6mm considered a rapid growth?
