Hello Traciem.
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
You need a sonography scan to establish the cause of bleeding and might need some hormonal preparations to control your bleeds.I would like to know that whether you have got your thyroid levels checked because it is usually the first and foremost cause of irregular intermenstrual bleeding.
You had nose bleed and bruising (bleeding from the capillaries)so this gives a suspicion that you have some bleeding diathesis and your vaginal bleed is part of that. You will need some blood tests which include complete blood count(specially platelets)and coagulation profile and tests of liver function (as coagulation factors are produced by the liver).
Please visit your clinician for further workup and revert thereafter.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Well...that's fine.
For the time being,if you experience heavy bleeding, you can take Tranexemic acid 500 mg thrice a day and be cautious about your perineal hygiene.
Continue taking iron and vitamin c rich foods to prevent anemia due to excess blood loss.
Please revert back after thyroid profile and a pelvic scan.
Stay healthy and happy.
Regards.
