Hi, I Have Kelloid On My Chest Since Last 4-5
Question: Hi, I have Kelloid on my chest since last 4-5 years. I also have brownish Mark on my right arm since a 10-15 years (not a birth mark). It might have appeared after chemical reaction of plaster (of paris) had to use to fix broken arm bone (not sure) Please refer attached images. Initially I was a bit careless as it was neither paining nor increasing. Now I am looking for solution. I had undergone homeopathy for both of them last year. It didn't help. What should I do for treatment? Should I go for operation to remove Kelloid? And laser pigmentation on arm? I need your suggestions for possible treatment. Can medicines or oilment help in this case? Thanks a lot

Detailed Answer:
Hi

1.Keloid over Sternum is very difficult to treat. As you have tendency for keloid,it will.come again (Recurrence)even after Surgical removal. In few individuals,we have seen good results with Injection of steroid like Triamcinolone into Keloid. This can be tried by a Plastic Surgeon.
2.Regarding dark lesion over Upper arm, please consult a Dermatologist for any possible Laser treatment. If Dermatologist doesn't give any treatment options, you should consult a Plastic Surgeon for any possible Surgical removal.
There are no Medicines or Ointment for these two Lesions.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
