Read your query and understand your concern. Pain in joint can be due to degeneration of disc secondary to arthritis or it can due to impacted teeth also.
I will suggest you few measures like avoid excessive mouth opening . Restrict your jaw movements. Do hot formentation (using towel dipped and squeezed in hot water) twice daily for month . Apply diclofenac gel on joints twice daily for one month.
Follow these few measures and consult orthopedic for treatment of arthritis to stop disc degeneration process and if you have opg xray and xray of disc kindly upload in report section it will be helpful for me to give you proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Thanks for uploading opg xray . I have reviewed the opg xray you have attached. You have impacted wisdom tooth on both upper and lower arch so pain might be due to impacted wisdom teeth. So i will also suggest you to consult oral surgeon and go for extraction of wisdom tooth. If pain persists after extraction then pain can be due to disc degeneration.
