Till date he haven't had much difficulty in any aspect. but in the past 2-3 days his is throwing up milk from his mouth. this happens multiple times a day. Is this any cause of concern or normal. Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have hone through the query and do understand your concern.
Mild regurgitation of feeds is common in this age. I request you to do proper burping after each feed.
I won't get overly worried if baby is active/playful,there is no abdominal fullness and the vomiting/regurgitation is not large in amount or projectile in nature.
Good burping with some medication like domperidone drops (10mg/ml) 4 drops two times a day and junior lanzol dispersible tablet (15 mg) 1/5 th tablet once a day for 7 days will help.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubts.

Brief Answer:
You can start now only

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for follow up

As your baby is 1.5 month old, now you can start tummy time.
Start with short sessions say 2-3 minutes each time and a total for 4-5 times a day. Gradually you can improve the duration and frequency till he starts rolling. This should be supervised and don't put your baby on his tummy soon after feed and when he is sleeping.
I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help further if you need any.
Regards
