Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Batabayal,
Thank you for the query. I understand your concern.
Pain in your right leg seems to be due to stress while compensating for left toe cellulitis when walking
1. Such pain can be managed at home by-
- Rest to the limb & avoiding extra stress&walking./using a stick to put weight on while walking.
- An ice pack to relieve the inflammation
-Putting on compression elastic bandage... (with mild compression to avoid hampered blood supply to the part)
-Elevation of the knee to relieve swelling.
-Application of pain ointment like Relaxil ointment/Dicloran gel ... a gentle massage would help.
-Anti inflammatory drug over the counter ,like Ibuprofen twice a day after food would relieve pain &swelling.Use knee guard after that while a long walk .
*In case there is no relief in couple of days you need consultation of orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation &investigations of the problem to be followed by specific management.(medicines,physiotherapy,surgery.)
2.Apart from this proper treatment of the cellulitis &it's cause with needful antibiotic &management of diabetes if any ...is the key factor in management of knee pain you have.... so that basic cause of the knee stress would be removed.please consult your family physician for it.
I hope that answers your query.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thank you.
