Question: Hi, I have a low White Blood Cell Count with enlarged Lymph Nodes and minor fatigue, but no other symptoms. What could this be? I haven't lost weight nor do I have a family history of cancers.

Thanks for your query.

Slightly low white cell count with mildly enlarged lymph nodes are mostly seen in viral infections. Fever, cough, etc maybe there in the initial part and missed many times.

If you could share the blood count report, it will help me to guide you better.

However, if the lymph nodes are larger than 2 cm, we need to rule out malignancy by doing ultrasound and if required, FNAC.
