100°F or above temperature daily is not related to stress.

Fever or rise in body temperature above 100°F is protective mechanism of body to fight against infection. Usually by raising body temperature body tries to kill various bacteria's infecting it.
Secondly fever above 100 degree is not mild.
Paracetamol injection is given to patients above 100°F fever.
Usually allergy/Stress is not directly related to fever above 100°F.They may causeild rise in temperature(less then 100°F that too not always).
I would suggest you to go for some baseline tests my dear to rule out important causes of fever.
Complete blood count
ESR
CRP
Urine Routine and Microscopy
Stool test
Typhi dot test.
Tuberculin test
Follow up with the results of these tests.
They are basic tests can be done at any lab near you.
